Ready to Work for the People

My name is Sam Bradley, the Colorado Forward Party candidate for Larimer County Assessor. Born and raised in Larimer County, I am an Eagle Scout and a proud graduate of the Colorado School of Mines. With two decades of private-sector experience buying and selling real property, I have built strong working relationships with county assessors across Colorado. You can often find me on the tennis courts in Berthoud or on a mountain bike trail in the foothills. I am grateful to be raising my kids here alongside my wife, my high school sweetheart.

I am running for Assessor because I believe this office should be run as a professional, customer-service position — not a political one. As a small business owner and engineer, I’ve seen firsthand how government interactions can either build trust or create frustration. My goal is to make every interaction with the Assessor’s office fair, transparent, respectful, and as painless as possible.

Larimer County has changed significantly since the repeal of the Gallagher Amendment. Its legacy still shapes how many homeowners view “fair” property taxes. With my appraisal and analytical background, I am well-equipped to help property owners navigate this evolving system effectively.

I was drawn to the Forward Party because of its focus on civility, respect, and service to constituents. Forward Party members come from diverse backgrounds but share a desire for practical, positive governance.
